BLC-Recipes 03-2001: Guinness Shake
yield: A jug
A creamy classic, great with an I-tal zoot…
ingredients:
- 1 330ml bottle of Guinness (or stout)
- 1 pint of milk
- 2/3 eggs
- 3 drops of vanilla essence
- half a nutmeg
- can of vanilla Nutrament (not Nurishment, but that’s all was left at the shop)
- some condensed milk
1
Grab the bowl and beat the eggs (now, Slim reckons that you gotta get rid of those wierd, white umbilical-cord
bits that come in eggs, apparently known as ‚eyes‘. He’s a pro-chef, so he should know!)
2
Slowly pour the milk in and stir (don’t whisk it)
3
…Shit man, we need a bigga jug…
5
…next the Nutrament…(yeah barse; Nurishment just ain’t the same)
6
...then add drops of vanilla essence to taste…
7
…and grate in a little nutmeg…
8
Finally add the condensed milk according to taste.
9
Stick in the fridge for an hour…
