BLC-Recipes 03-2001: Guinness Shake

yield: A jug

A creamy classic, great with an I-tal zoot…

ingredients:

  • 1 330ml bottle of Guinness (or stout)
  • 1 pint of milk
  • 2/3 eggs
  • 3 drops of vanilla essence
  • half a nutmeg
  • can of vanilla Nutrament (not Nurishment, but that’s all was left at the shop)
  • some condensed milk

Grab the bowl and beat the eggs (now, Slim reckons that you gotta get rid of those wierd, white umbilical-cord
bits that come in eggs, apparently known as ‚eyes‘. He’s a pro-chef, so he should know!)

…next the Nutrament…(yeah barse; Nurishment just ain’t the same)
